A family name,
on every build.

Brond Homes is a Scottsdale-based, family-run general contracting company led by Bond Herrera. We started in luxury remodeling and grew into full custom builds by doing one thing consistently: treating every home like it carries our name — because it does.

As a licensed general contractor, we manage a trusted network of trade partners under one roof. You get one point of contact, clear budgets, honest schedules, and craftsmanship that holds up long after the final walkthrough.
